Purpose: Assisted 12 major US utilities develop grant proposals for $25M-$400M each on major capital Smart Grid investments.  Worked with teams of utility, university, vendor, government and other collaborators to develop demonstration and investment proposals under the Smart Grid Investment and Demonstration Programs through Department of Energy. US DOE Smart Grid Stimulus Project Applications FY2009.
